MECHANICS:
Original ISS modified for use on AIS machine

ELECTRONICS:
The Takeout Control System consists of a switchboard box with an integrated Touch
Panel or Stand Alone Desktop PC, Simotion D4xx, safety PLC, source, Active
Interface modules, Simotion External, Active Line modules, Double Motor modules,
Basic Line Filters and WinCC Flexible visualisation software and transmission cables.
The number of double motor modules depends on the number of controlled Takeouts on the IS machine.
For visualization, setting parameters and diagnostics, a touch screen or PC software
is installed; this software has been developed by Sklostroj Turnov CZ s.r.o. and is
based on the WinCC Flexible from Siemens. Using this software, it is possible to set
the required parameters, operate the machine and diagnose potential problems. The
CPU Simotion D4xx communicates with the touch panel or PC through a busbar or
data cable.
