Induction Heating
Moulds
The induction heating system is a compact and mobile unit (equipped with wheels) which allows the heating of the molds prior to repair or preheating prior to installation on the IS machine.
The induction equipment assembly is enclosed in a protective cabinet. The support base for molds are located in a pull-out drawer that allows easy placement and removal of molds in the unit through any external lifting equipment.
The induction ring is placed in a vertical movement unit to uniformly heat the mold to
predetermined temperature.
The system allows simultaneous heating of 2 molds thanks to its double inductor ring.
The molds are loaded by the operator and the automatic warm-up cycle begins after closing the safety door.
